The spacious 4 bedroom/4 bathroom internal accommodation is arranged over three floors and is designed to make the most of the spectacular views over the valley toward the hilltop towns of Monte San Martino and Penna San Giovanni.  The pool has been carefully located in a sunny panoramic position within the garden with shady areas being available around the house terraces for comfortable alfresco dining.

Travertino stairs lead from the dining room and the sitting room to the first floor which comprises a large twin-bedded room, an en-suite master bedroom with a large four poster bed, a study/sitting room with open fireplace, and a seperate bathroom with multi-jet over bath shower.    

Further travertino stairs lead from the study/sitting room to the second floor which comprises an en-suite double bedroom, an extremely spacious twin-bedded room, and a separate shower room.  An extra single bed is available on request.

The house further benefits from full gas central heating for the colder months.  Ample garden furniture is provided around the house and pool terraces for relaxing and alfresco dining.
