Casa Ginestra is available for rental periods commencing on any day of the week.

The nearest airports are Ancona at 1 hour 30 minutes, Pescara at 1 hour 45 minutes, and Perugia at 2 hours - an easy drive through breathtaking scenery. Rome is a 3 hour drive along the Via Salaria again through breathtaking scenery.

Rental is for a minimum period of 7 nights. The maximum party size is 9 people using the extra single chair-bed. There is ample room in all bedrooms to accommodate the chairbed except the en-suite double on the top floor.                                             

Rentals begin at 4pm on the first day and end at 10am on the last day and include exclusive use of Casa Ginestra, it's gardens and pool area. Rental rates include a weekly clean/linen change. Heating during the colder months is extra. A refundable deposit of £350 is payable to cover any breakages and will be refunded as soon as the house has been inspected after departure. Casa Ginestra is a non-smoking property.  Car hire is essential.

7 July 2012 - 8 September 2012 - £2000 per week

8 September 2012 - 29 September 2012 - £1800 per week

Parents Please Note:  Although we advertise Casa Ginestra as a family friendly holiday home, parents of younger children please note the following information:  The pool is not fenced off from the rest of the garden or the house and cannot be seen from the house or the house terrace. There is a very quiet lane that runs along the back of the property mainly used by one or two locals and farm vehicles and there is no fence between the property and this lane.  There is an open plan aspect to the internal spaces on the ground and first floor and it is therefore not possible to erect any stair gates around the travertine stairs.  There is no equipment/entertainment provided for younger children by way of high chairs, cots, stairgates, DVDs, etc.  For these reasons we feel the house is unsuitable for younger children and we do not recommend it for those under the age of 7 years. You know your children best and we leave it to your judgement to determine whether or not your children are of an age for you to be comfortable with the above information.
